Payments & Refunds

• Payment terms will be outlined at the time of purchase or engagement.
• Refunds for coaching, consulting, or digital products are not guaranteed and are granted only at our discretion unless otherwise stated in a specific agreement.

Scheduling & Cancellations

• Coaching/consulting sessions must be scheduled in advance.
• Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions may be forfeited.

All content, frameworks, and materials (including the DEEPER™ Framework, Decision Forensics™, Insight Compass™, and related intellectual property) are owned by Jenesis Coaching, LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or resell our materials without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our services.
